Product Introduction

The PX-SYS-TC-DP is a benchtop high-pressure fixed-bed reactor system designed for catalytic testing under realistic reaction conditions. It integrates multi-channel gas and liquid feeding, high-temperature and high-pressure reaction capability, and downstream product handling. A standard configuration includes four gas feed channels metered by high-precision Brooks MFCs and one liquid feed channel supplied via a metering pump into a mini gasifier, where it is mixed with gas before entering the reactor. The reaction zone is heated by a mini reactor with low thermal mass for rapid temperature ramping. After pressure control by a back-pressure valve, gas–liquid products can be separated using an optional cold trap for further online or offline analysis.
