Benchtop high-pressure photothermal fixed-bed reactor with dual illumination modes.
The PX-SYS-PTC-DP is a benchtop photothermal fixed-bed reactor designed for high-pressure photothermal synergistic catalytic reactions, such as COx hydrogenation and other energy-related transformations. Its core is a double-layer composite reaction tube with a 316L stainless steel outer body and a quartz liner, effectively isolating the catalyst from the metal wall and eliminating background interference. The system supports both flat and surround illumination modes, which can be selected according to the catalyst loading method and experimental requirements, greatly expanding its applicability in photothermal catalysis research.
Supports flat and surround illumination to explore a wide range of photothermal reaction configurations.
Quartz-lined 316L reactor eliminates catalyst–metal interactions for higher data fidelity.
Enables rigorous testing of catalysts under industrially relevant photothermal conditions.
