Integrated multi-channel gas flow control module with Brooks MFCs and stable switching.
The PX-FC-AP multi-channel gas flow controller is a core unit for precise atmosphere control in catalytic and in situ experiments. It integrates multiple high-precision Brooks mass flow controllers that can independently or jointly control various gases such as N₂, H₂, CO₂, CO, and air. A specially configured manual four-way switching valve enables instantaneous and stable switching between different gases, avoiding pressure fluctuations and ensuring a stable reaction atmosphere. Its compact design and intuitive interface provide a reliable and reproducible gas supply for experimental systems.
Provides accurate, stable gas flow control for multi-component gas mixtures.
Four-way valve design minimizes pressure transients during gas switching.
Customizable number of MFCs, ranges, and calibration gases for different experimental needs.
